I have recently watched a couple of my movies: Chinatown and The Hobbit (1977).  In both films, I believe I misheard John Huston's words at a certain point.
CHINATOWN:
Jake Gittes: How much are you worth?
Noah Cross: I have no idea. How much do you want?
Jake Gittes: I just wanna know what you're worth. More than 10 million?
Noah Cross: Oh my, yes!

I swore up and down that Noah Cross (John Huston) says "My ass!"

THE HOBBIT:
Gandalf (John Huston) narrating:
"Like a mariner on a mountainous ship.."

I used to swear when I was younger he said "a mountain of sh**".

What dialogue have YOU misheard?
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."

half way through TWINS, Arnold Schwarzeneggar turns to Marnie (Kelly Preston's character) when they've been drinking at the bar , and says: "Marnie, am I s**t-faced yet?"

I always thought he was saying: "Marnie, I am a s**t faced git".

The Burgomaster

In the original BAD NEWS BEARS when Amanda is playing air hockey against Kelly Leak and makes a bet with him that, if she wins the air hockey game, he must play baseball for the Bears.  Kelly asks Amanda what he gets if he wins the air hockey game.  Amanda replies, "Name it."  Until about 2 years ago, I always thought she said "Lay me."  I thought this was very surprising for a PG movie aimed at kids.
"Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the hell alone."
