Great suggestion on lists for the other slasher masters!
I almost forgot about the Cronenburg/marine slaughter - damn I almost wanna edit my list (but there are so many good kills to choose from). I always liked that scene. Great descriptions of the kill scenes. I think I like "De-hearting Horshack" better than "Punch through the back" -god I love that scene too.

Yeah that's how we rave it in some parts of Ohio (in a corn field) lol. There was a scene a bit before this where they show teens actually raving.
I love how the American Pie knock off calls Jason a corn poke, while poking him...in a corn field. Haha!

Ok, 10 of your favorite Friday the 13th douches:
Melissa (7): humiliates Final Girl and teases the boys -axed in the head & thrown over a TV.
Tamara (8): manipulator and attempts to murder Final Girl by knocking her in the water.
Ted (2): prankster and drunk -somehow ends up living!
Junior Hubbard (5): the hillbilly son who starts s**t with Tommy and gets beat for it.
Ted(dy Bear) (4): rags on McFly, strikes out with the girls, and goes crazy for vintage porn.
Trent (12): this guy is a total jerk at all times and even sports a douchie haircut.
Scott (2): a sexual assaulting perv who gets his throat slit.
Morgue Worker (4): rude perv who hits on nurses next to the dead. Dies by bonesaw.
Shelly (3): prankster and gore effects guy who donates his mask to Jason.
Trey (11): the few seconds on screen show complete douchnitude towards his girlfriend.

Melissa is the most deserving. I've known total b**ches like that, and seeing her buy the farm like that was awesome.
I also like when Jason throws her afterward and the actress tries to grab onto Hodder for support. :)

Yeah Melissa was my favorite douchette to hate until Trent came along in the remake -hated that guy (loved how he screamed like a girl, too).
Ok, how about your favorite Friday Final Girls (or boys for that matter)? Here are my 3 favs:
1. Ginny (part 2)
2. Tommy (part 4)
3. Tina (part 7)
My least favorite final folks are Remmy (8), Chris (3), and Pam (5) -all pretty boring/bland IMO.

I guess the same for me.. I also liked Tommy as the final kid in 6. I laughed out loud when he taunts Jason in the water calling him "p*ssy" and "a**hole".

I really like Tommy in part 5 (at least until he pusses out at the end). In part 5, he was an angry badass. I love when he gives that one douche a tilt-a-whirl body slam through a table ...and then later he beats Junior like he owed him money...but with all that buildup he totally lets the audience down when he just stands there glaring at Faux Jason ...and does not beat his ass (it's almost as disappointing as the bear hunter from part 4 as they built him up to rival Jason only to get squashed "He's killing me ...HE'S KILLING ME!").
Tommy in part 6 was alright, but didn't come off as a bad ass like in 5, although I too love his taunts "c'mon maggot head!" hahah.

I really like the scene where the dude gets his head squashed and then his eyeballs pop out. Also, the guy who gets chopped in half while doing a handstand is always classic.

The eyeball scene was a good idea.. too bad the special effects were so poor. From the obvious dummy to the stuffing shooting out of the socket with the eyeball on the wire, I just groaned. |
