There was this oldish film (Made in 90's or early 2000's) I saw a few months ago. I couldn't tell if it was Chinese, Singaporean, or which type of Asian.. But I know it was Asian and it was in a different language (an Asian language) and had English subtitles. It was a romance movie where a young boy who was in Highschool fell in love with an older woman who was about 20-25.They met on a bus, and he thought she was beautiful, and so she left her phone, and he took it with her, to pretty much blackmail her on a date. And she went on the date I think.. and he wanted more and so then she went to his principal because she wanted her phone back! And he given it to her then.. But he kept finding ways to run into her.She didn't want to fall in love with him because she thought he was just a child, but eventually she fell in love too. I remember he had a couple of Highschool friends (two boys) and he would speak to them about her sometimes..His school had a specific uniform, I think it had marroon blazers with a certain symbol on them. And she came into his school once trying to fit in, wearing the uniform.. her hair in pigtails and the boy and his friends giggled and she hit them. (Lots of hitting in this movie, but that's just how Asian movies are I guess haha) I remember this part the most.
PLEASE help me figure out this film. It was such a tear jerker for me and I would love to watch it again. I think I found it on Netflix.
