The plot is about the body in the luggage that is talking and chasing people. I remember something with court. The body wanted to take revenge on his wife. 
This movie was shown 13 years ago, but I guess it is older.
I can't find the original title but the direct translation of my language is "The body in the luggage".
French likely.
