I expect this is easy but my brain's gone blank

what movie has a scene where a guy breaks into a car and steals the radio while his accomplice graffiti's "NO RADIO" (or something like that) onto the car door? pretty sure the 2 guys are not characters from the movie, just randomly in that one scene and you only see them for about 5 seconds while they are doing this

possibly an action-blockbuster type movie i.e. Crocodile Dundee, Terminator 2, Robocop etc...
