Bad day at the construction site

« on: November 17, 2013, 12:38:28 AM »

And lost everything. My bad for not copying all my text before I hit 'Preview'. Next time I'll know better when I see the 'Fetching Preview...' message. It shouldn't have timed me out because I have the settings set for 60 minutes of inactivity before logging out, and I couldn't have been idle for more than 10 or 15 minutes.

I could write the review over again, no problem. But why bother? What was written the first time can't be written any better from memory.

If you are going to do something long like that, do it in Word, save it, then copy and paste it to the forum.

Thank you, indysmith! I was reading one of Andrew's older posts yesterday when it happened. Something about a link that he has to a template file that he put on here for reviews. It was actually a Reader Comment in the B-movie section that I had written last night, about The Punisher (1989), of all movies. Which is why I wasn't that choked up about it.  TeddyR
