Chud - diner scene

My sister recently got me a bunch of DVDs, including Chud. I've seen this movie many times, but not recently. I remember the diner scene with John Goodman being at the end of the movie. When I watched the movie last night, that scene was about two-thirds of the way through. Am I remembering things wrong, or do some copies of it have the scene in a different order?

Yeah, this has been brought up several times at horror forums I frequent. I think the best answer was that the Anchor Bay DVD includes a somewhat extended "Director's Cut" resulting in switching around a few scenes.
