I watched a gruesome horror comedy a year or two ago.  I think it was an American or british man robbing a bank. (in France maybe?)  The robber and guards and a teller get locked in the vault.  In the building there's some sort of Victor Crawley (hatchet) type monster that's a part of a family religious cult.  (they live in the building)  Tons of comedic, gory, over the top death scenes, people sacrificing others to the cult I think as well.  There's some sort of alter room that the monster takes his victims to.  It's a comedy. at one point a guy gets tied to a chair in a hallway as a sacrifice i think?  There's also some security monitoring room that's a big part of the movie.
