(High) School Reunions

I went to the 5th, which was somewhat pointless, as it was more like several subgroups meeting simultaniously.

Accidently missed the 10th.

Went to the 15th and it was fun well into the morning hours. Surprisingly mainly with people I didn't talk to much during high school.

What year is this?

The most recent one was held in Las Vegas, which I unfortunately missed, so I must have attended the 20l0 reunion, which would have been my graduating class' 40th. And I am glad I went. Nice to see people you have not seen in over 40 years. Though, they had an easier time identifying me, then I did indentifying them. Not so nice was to see who had died over the last 40 years. Some of them whom I knew quite well.

I went to my 30-year reunion last year.  I had a great time, but it also made me feel sort of depressed.  So many years have gone by and I fell out of touch with a lot of good people.  I was able to connect with many of them via Facebook before the reunion and it was great to see them in person.  The next reunion will be 40 years.  That will really be a bummer.
