Having gone into the story in some detail, I think it really depends upon whether the skatepark was there before Zombie bought his home or was built after Zombie bought his home. From what I have read so far, there doesn't seem to be any agreement as to which is correct.

I also find it interesting that the skatepark is now seemingly closed on Sundays. Sundays seemingly being one of the best days for business that there be for the skatepark.

I guess we'll just have to see how things play out in the law courts and the courts of public opinion.
