Concentration
Classic game show based on the simple memorization game. 
The 70s Jack Narz version:

This version is one of the first game shows I remember ever seeing as a toddler.  I used to watch them religiously: Joker's Wild, Price Is Right, Match Game, Concentration, Gambit, etc.
