Let me begin.

Me and my friends are film makers. When I'm not making my own stuff I do this at a commercial, full time, pro level.

About a year ago, myself and friends got REALLY hooked on bad films. Until this point, I had been a usual cinema going movie buff. Then came Arrow Films, samurai cop, the room, shark movies, you name it. We would roar with laughter and I find these "bad" movies to far far far more entertaining than any bollocks you can see in the cinema. I have joined the dark side I guess. The thing is, I have sort of come to embrace it. Film making is SO full of pretentious nonsense you wouldn't believe it. Everyone thinks they are making the next Inception or Citizen Kane. Wouldn't it be refreshing if more film makers simply embraced the fact that their work appeals to a slim audience who appreciate less high minded entertainment?

So, back to me. I will probably always make "bad" movies. I am too tired of the usual boxes that movie writers/directors seem compelled to tick.

A few months back I finished my first commercially distributed film and there was something of a backlash as it was considered a "bad movie". Now, at first my pride was a little wounded...then I realised I cherished this title. It was what I had hoped for in some way.

Somewhere out there is an audience for my film who will take it at face value and so I thought I would go ahead and share it here in the hopes that some of you might enjoy it. You can see the work for FREE by searching for "milk paton" on indieflix (link below) and watching the three parts using a free trial. Pirate them if you wish, just want to find the right audience.

This seems like a good starting point to find those people who are willing to try something different. Please go ahead and use the free trial and check it out for free if you wish; if there are pirated copies of the movies yet watch those, I encourage it (although I don't know of any such mirrors) This is more about an audience than making a few pennies.

The films are comedy / animation / black comedy / action / bizzare. 50 minute run time.

Thanks; hope these bring an hour or so of entertainment to someone with an unusual palette for films (bad ones, too)!

Love the community here.

You may have just found a new home!

How does your movie rate on the Joe Bob Briggs' "Three B's" scale?
