Early 90s (or older) animated movie, I'm going out of my mind here.

Greetings all.

First off I tried looking through the Solved-sticky but I couldn't find what I'm looking for, I think, so I'll give this a try.

This is a piece I saw when I was a wee child, so it's early 90s at the latest but could be much older of course. It was animated to music but not necessarily a musical.
The art was simple and this one scene I remember is several girls being in undergarments (the dress kind, think Victorian-era here, not bras and such) and getting dressed.
There were also plucked chickens on a conveyor belt going into an oven and coming out perfectly grilled right away. Some forests scenes as well probably.

I know this isn't much to go on but as I said, not even sure this cinematic event even happened in my youth any more, can't find it anywhere!

i believe i's from the 70's,if it's what i'm remembering. max fleischer,maybe?
