Devil's Tower in Wyoming.

I think it's safe to say 99% of the population had no idea this thing existed until CLOSE ENCOUNTERS. I didn't.

Bronson Cave in Griffith Park, Los Angeles.

Everybody from John Wayne to Ro-Man have stood in the entrance of this icon.

The beautifully eerie cemetery in CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD - shot in the famous Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, Georgia.

That's where I walk my dogs!

Seem any priests hanging around there lately?  Wink Wink

While watching the Norwegian horror flick "Dead Snow" last night, the gorgeous background scenery caused me to think to myself "Geez, Norway looks like a freakin beautiful country" several times.

Any movie filmed in New York in the late 60s - early 70s, e.g. TAKING OF PELHAM 123, MIDNIGHT COWBY, MARATHON MAN.

The battle terrain from STARSHIP TROOPERS, even though I hate that movie, because it's the Badlands.  I grew up near there and spent a lot of time exploring that area as a kid.
