Hands down my choice is the "Oh My Lord" Pre-Battle song from GLORY - 1989

Still gives me chills.

Excellent choice, dude!! That is simply a phenomenal moment in film.

I also loved how they ended LINCOLN with him delivering the second inaugural.
Sent chills up my spine.
"I shall smite you in the nostrils with a rod of iron, and wax your spleen with Efferdent!!"

This speech was posted twice in this thread, and it is dramatic with the music from another film added to it.  But, CHAPLIN's speech is best as he delivered it to the world:

Couldn't find a youtube of it but Peter Lorre's confession scene in M really got under my skin.
Through the darkness of future past
The magician longs to see
One chance opts between two worlds
Fire walk with me

Bela Lugosi "Atomic Supermen" Speech in Bride of the Monster

f**king aye straight,Bela-when you got nothing-you got nothing to lose.

You almost get the sense that Lugosi has broken character, and is talking about himself; Martin Landau also gives a great Lugosi speech  in ED WOOD.

Ed Wood: Bela Lugosi's "I Have No Home" Speech
If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.

First Blood final speech
NOTHING IS OVER!
RAMBO First Blood
"O the legend they say, on a Valentine's Day, is a curse that'll live on and on.."
