Watch the movie, for crying out loud!

What about people who watch a movie, but can't understand a fairly obvious plot? I don't consider myself especially smart, but I had no trouble understanding The Matrix. When my father was watching it, I told him that all the strange things in the beginning of the film would be explained soon. After the scene where Keanu wakes up in the pod, my father still had no clue what was going on and wanted it explained to him. Of course he also said The Fifth Element made absolutely no sense. I didn't have any problem understanding the basic plot.

 Of course most people thought Back To The Future 2 was too confusing...

Ah! I like that thought! Could make a good parody of the whole series. Title it "Homicide, she wrote". Now if you could only get Landbury to do it.

Like you guys it happens to me too like when I go to the movies and my mom said you seen that movie before and I have to tell her it a new movie I never seen before and she said yes you did seen it before.  Also I hated when I rented a movie so me and my mom to watched and then it comes on Tv or cable and my mom asked me have you see this movie before and I tell her I rented that movie remember?
