"Uprising" or a rebellion by a mass of people against authority.

Thanks, Derelict Coin. I must admit you just made my day with that malapropism.

And that photos reminds me. Not every Japanese tour group you see at the Disney theme parks, is a Japanese tour group. If you get my drift.
