It recently came to my attention that the show Monsters is on Amazon Prime.  I was too young to watch it when it first aired, and it was broadcast on Sci-Fi Channel when I didn't have cable.  I had only seen a handful of episodes at somebody else's place or on a VHS rental.  Needless to say, I have been making my way through the series. Overall, it pretty consistently good, and I would put the quality a little higher than Tales from the Darkside.

My favorite episodes so far are Pool Sharks and The Demons.

Sleeping Dragon  because I love a good killer reptile/dinosaur story.

Glim Glim  far more science fiction rather than horror.  Actually has a real interesting story, particularity because we see it from both the human's and the "monster's' perspective.

Looking over the wiki page, I forgot how many stars had roles on the show. (Liv Tyler, David Spade, to name a few)

At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...
