War of The Gargantuas  VERY big favorite of mine. The creatures were humanized in a way that Toho had only previously did with Frankenstein Conquers The World. Weapons actually hurt them, the one was kind-hearted and the other was a brute, and above all else, they were feuding brothers!  A very bold move and one that Toho went out of it's usual monster path to come up with. The makeup on the creatures too was great...Ialways thought that Sanda would have been a great design for the old Toho movie Half-Human.

JA!

Ah yes, in German too! "Der sensationellste film der gegenwart" reads as "the most sensational film of the present" with present meaning that day and age.

The rest, "Dramatischer Kampf gegen ein schreckliches Ungeheurt" speaks of "a dramatic battle against a humongous monster."

In Godzilla's case I'd say that's truth in advertising!
