I need to get back to Chicago, since it's been 50 years since I was last there, and when I do, I need to try this out. I agree it looks scary, but I have been on the observation deck of the Empire State Building in New York City, and while that one does not jut out, you are not enclosed in glass and steel, but are open to the air around you. So this one might be even more doable. The bigger problem might be the wait time. Since it only takes 8 at a time, I can imagine there'll be a wait for it.
