I've only seen 11 films on that list...

#1 was recommended by lester 1/2 jr, and is well worth checking out if you've not seen it.

Gymkata needed to be in there somewhere

To me, there's quite a few memorable B-movies missing ...when I think of B-movie, I also think of the Evil Dead films and Army of Darkness, They Live, etc. Also missing is Teenagers From Outer Space, Starcrash, The Brain From Plane Arous, The Brain That Wouldn't Die to name but a few...As to how many I've seen, it's actually only 37. Some of the films listed there though I actually consider good films...

I've seen 71 movies on this list! - I'm so happy some of my all time favorites are in the top 30.

Thanks so much for this list by the way - few I NEED to see...

I've seen a lot of the movies on that list, but hardly all.  Some of their choices definitely should be well remembered here.  However, some of their selections simply suck ass.  They're not good "BAD" movies and they're certainly not good "B" movies.  HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL (ech) is #12, but FASTER p***yCAT! KILL! KILL! rates #49...???   Question  In the essay, "B movie" is clearly equated with budget.  Fine with me.  But not all BAD movies, as BAD as they may be, are equally entertaining!!!   THE MAGIC SWORD rates #50 just below FASTER p***yCAT! KILL! KILL!...?  THE MAGIC SWORD is completely boring.  FASTER p***yCAT! KILL! KILL! is never boring.  Whoever wrote this knows nothing about movies.

Well personally I liked The Magic Sword and House on Haunted Hill but yeah, a very subjective list....

Surprised Blood Freak wasn't included...

BASKET CASE is fantastic-!
Best "B" movies-I would include the BRAIN THAT WOULDNT DIE,gee-CARNIVAL OF SOULS,-most of these are just plain BAD.
I thought they mean BEST-as in good?
Wheres BRIDE OF THE MONSTER-an ED Wood movie that makes sense-(for once).
B movies-B Movies is a BIG genre-D.O.A-the first -was a "B" movie.
A great "B" movie is one that overcomes it's budget because of pure genuis or entertainment value...the SADIST (1963) for example-is a film with Arch hall Jr.-made real cheap-but WOW! it packs a punch.
Corman's sci-fi output in the 50's-fantastic  films. Is he talking BAD or B? theirs a BIG difference.

This guy IS an idiot. He's gotta get his s**t straight.
