Hey guys,

A co-worker of mine asked me for some help finding a movie.  I didn't think of anything that matched what he was looking for but I'm betting someone else might.  Here's what he gave me.

This “road warrior” (Mad Max type) is stranded in the middle of no-where when his motorcycle breaks-down. Automated/Robotic road-trains pass by him occasionally, and he attempts to catch a ride on one. He initially attempts to stop the truck by placing his motorcycle in the path of the vehicle, but it doesn’t stop and instead plows through the motorcycle.  Eventually, out of desperation he decides to place himself in front of the truck and put himself out of misery.  The robotic truck ends up stopping when a live person is blocking the path of the vehicle….

Sounds like Solar Crisis.  Check around 29:20 for the scene with the motorcycle getting run over by the automated truck.

Happy I could help!  It's funny because the whole automated truck thing was my most vivid memory from that movie too lol.
