It is about a police force for the undead run by the undead, to stop those souls destined for hell who escape judgment and try to make it back to earth. But cause they start too mutate and turn into monsters. Creating chaos on the living. So they recruit souls that they think want to escape judgment to catch them. The main character is in his life a cop who did not do everything right which is why he is scared he would not pass judgment. Also he has the skills. But then he does not expect a few things thrown his ways including a big apocalyptic situation he stumbles on. With or without the help off the dysfunctional relationship with who he is partnered with.

Quick review.

Pro's: You can relate to main character Roy (Ryan Reynolds) He did wrong in his life but still wanted to make it better. How his partner, Nick (Jeff Bridges) looked like a hot chick to the (Marisa Miller plays his avatar), and the main character looked like an old Chinese guy (James Hong) to the living, and it looked out off place which is place for comical relief but at the same time James Hong is funny about it.

Con's: Not sure how they in the first place figured out that Indian food was disliked by the escaped dead. They were not too clear on the gold part at the start. My advice pay attention to what the main antagonist says to his cop partner, Hayes (Kevin Bacon) at the start before his downfall it makes more sense unless you miss it.

Even if you do miss the part said about the 'found gold' which ties into a few aspects off the story I will try not to give away. Even if you still miss the part about the found gold. It is still a funny movie to watch seeing an old hard ass guy played by Jess bridges turning down come on's by guys cause he looks like a hot chick to the living is funny. And how they are dysfunctional together... One being "Modern" and the other not... Being as the main antagonist is not happy with his persona to the living. Or not being able to connect with his wife. Julia (Stephanie Szostak) Also Mary-Louise Parker does well in this. She also is eye candy in those tall white boots. As well as Model in real life Marisa Miller.

Funny for a date move or movie with friends. I give it a 4 out off 5 if I have to rate it. I say worth a watch anyways. :)
