Well, whaddya know: another complaint against me this morning. This sucks.  Question

Now I have another person taking me on about alleged 'non-service' when I had replied to them, sending them as much information as I could, despite the fact that what they were looking for was not held by us.

I don't know what to say or do.  Question

Are these all email responses?

Is it possible there is some sort of tech glitch, such as your email domain being on a spam blacklist or something like that?

If too many people start complaining of not receiving emails, there might be a (simple and fixable) explanation.

Just a thought that popped into my head...

Good luck with it.  If you have done your job and have that documented, try not to take the complaints too personally.  I know that's hard, though.

What is going on is you are dealing with stupid people. The customer isn't always right. As long as you do your job properly you have nothing to worry about.
