Usually some cheese, perhaps some vintage cheddar, on a frozen pizza.

One time I shredded the remains of a lamb roast and added that to a frozen pizza.  The result was super.  In Australia, you can sometimes get a Greek-style pizza that includes lamb and sour cream, much like a souvlaki, and it's great.

If I get a ready-made salami pizza from the supermarket deli counter, I usually add sliced red and green capsicum, thinly sliced mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.  It becomes much larger and more tasty.
