Hi, I'm trying to remember the title of an 80s horror movie. I thought it was maniac or even pieces but its neither. All I remember is  a bathroom scene wear the killer scalps a woman, and later wears her hair. and I think the "hero" of the film was a reporter. Took place in new york i believe. Also the ending took place in a library, the killer is pushed through stain glass window of sky light. Hope someone can help
