Black Woman Chopping up Body in Kitchen

A black woman is in the kitchen, chopping up a man's torso on the island in the kitchen.  Then a terrified woman also in the kitchen stabs the black woman in the back while they are talking.  The black woman says in anger, "Why did you stab me in the back when we were having such a nice time.  The white woman crying explains  "you are dismembering a body and cooking a person".  I think the white women then escapes with the help of a man.

The dialogue between the two is hilarious for a horror movie.  Anyone know the name of the movie?
