please can anyone help. iv got a 25 second clip of a man holding a severed head, hes all bloody? and octopus type creature in a car thata holding someone hostage. the bloody man bends down and picks up  a green ice cream in a waffle cone. theres an office behind them, he says mother f**kers,  but it looks lile its dubbed. and someone else says s**t. . but i cant be aure... can anyone help me name thia film asap. tia
