Marvel comics age of wonder or getting ideas from the b-movies

Well here I'am being silly anyway I just wanted to give a shout out to the fine folks at marvel comics even though they're going on a dark path so I wanted to give people a chance here to see if they've notice any similarities between the heroes & villains and the b-movies that has some surprisingly fresh ideas on how the science works if you don't want to answer I understand but if you do want to play please note that there's a 1 million dollar prize no joking I just want your input besides my frist marvel connection was iron man and a movie called rocketman it has some similarities but the rest would fallow thanks for your time.

Heads up-ROCKETMAN was nade in 1997-an homage to KING OF THE ROCKETMEN (1949)-and I dont see any similariies at all.Can I get a million dollars now?
