(1st) Who is his most likely replacement? And from what I understand, his replacement can't come soon enough?
(2nd) Will he or she be better or worst? And again from what I understand, he or she can hardly be worst?
(3rd) And what does that mean for the country and that region of Africa?

Thank-you for the replies to my questions, Trevor. If things look like they are not going to be any worst, it also looks like things are not going to be any better. And while, not a native of that area like you, Trevor, my heart bleeds along with yours, as the people of that country and that region of Africa deserve better. Thank you again for your replies.
