I mostly remember him from his part in Swamp Thing, where he was awesome.  RIP Mr. Jourdan.

And in the 1977 TV movie "Count Dracula," he gave one of the best performances of Count Dracula ever seen on film. (IMHO) RIP Louis.

I saw LOUIS JOURDAN as Dracula, "late night" back then on PBS.  He was great in that part (a film also nicely produced and original).  Good night LOUIS !

R.I.P. Mr. Jourdan.

I remember him mainly as "Arcane" in the "Swamp Thing" flicks, and also from the James Bond film "Octopu$$y."

I must've seen "Swamp Thing" about a dozen times when it first hit HBO in 1983 or so. My Dad, who must've remembered Mr. Jourdan from some higher-quality fare like "Gigi," walked in while I was watching it one day and asked "Is that Louis Jourdan? What the hell's he doing in this piece of sh*t?" :bouncegiggle:
"If you're a false, don't entry, because you'll be burned and died!"
