Many years ago, I was sent a link to the infamous goatse.cx site. This was in the day before many other shock sites were around, and I found it rather grotesque. Then my more mischievous side came into play, and I filed it away to be sent to people on forums who made dumb requests for pirated movies or suchlike.
Since then, I've made use of the more amusing sites like Salsa Snack and Lemon Party. For those of you who don't know, Salsa Snack is an animated gif of a woman who is trying to create a perpetual motion model. With her digestive system. Lemon Party is the Asian geriatric sex club that we all know and love. Well, assuming your definition of love involves rapid blinking, covering your face and asking how the universe can create such a thing.
One time, a coworker in another building sent me a chat link claiming it was 'a friend of his' that he thought I should meet. When I clicked and messaged the person, it turned out that she was a cam girl! WTF! So I sent him a link of my own, saying, 'hey man, that's cool, but you want something really hot, check this out'. I sent him the link to Salsa Snack. His response was 'I just opened that in the office and EVERYONE SAW IT!!!'. That'll learn 'em.
Just in the last week, I came across '2 kids 1 sandbox'. It involves a man screaming in a kind of crazed pleasure while having a fair sized plastic implement shoved repeatedly into a part of his body. And I'm not talking about his rear end, either.
Now, that one was so bizarre that I had to watch it again. I could not believe that this plastic implement would even fit! One day, I'll be faced with a situation where it's appropriate to send something like this in retaliation, and I will be ready.
So, do you have any particular use for shock sites? Not the gory ones, they are just awful, but the quirky sexual ones. And after you have seen them for the first time, do you ever look at them again to make sure you're actually seeing what you think you're seeing?
P.S. Do NOT under any circumstances watch something called '3 guys 1 hammer'. It's an actual film of a murder that was committed in Ukraine. We might be all 'hahaha' about gory movies, but that is the real thing and it is horrific. Avoid at all costs.
