I am trying to remember about a really strange zombie movie, the movie was actually fairly bad. But the initial scene was so insane that I loved it.

If you never see the movie the following description will look as insane rambling... but I swear it was like that.

Here how it went, the movie begins that there are zombies inside a closed wall. A guy arrives with a bike, jumps on the wall and start pickling zombie heads with an hook.

Literally: he throws the hook, stuck the hook on a zombie head and pull heads off. Suddenly instead of a head he hooks a necklace and it cannot pull off heads anymore.

He tries to free the hook, but he fall inside the wall! He seems doomed when a girl arrive on a car, start beating monsters and also do pole dance on the neck of a monster! After some ass kicking it comes out everything was the daydream of the girl that is selling watermelons.

From this point, the movie sucks. Yet, I would like to remember that movie it was. I am fairly sure it was not "Robogeisha," "Tokyo gore police," or "Big tits dragon." Mainly because I liked the latter two and the former was plain bad.

Ok, sorry. My brain clicked just after posting. The movie is Helldriver [2010].

But, by all means check the begin of the movie!

I wrote a whole review of this movie on here somewhere.  An hour and a half of mind-blowing Japanese uber-weirdness!

Yeah, I try to avoid those unless something is clearly public domain. I consider YouTube a gray area though and will happily watch what I find there.

Well, as you wish. But for the law it is the same.

Yes, but IMO not in the fun sense. I found Big Tits Dragon much more fun and Tokyo Gore Police much creepier and interesting. Even if both are insane...

I picked it up a few years back. I can't remember if it was dubbed or subtitled, but since I was able to follow the plot it must have had at least one of those.

I thought I try to answer this question, but . . .?! the O.P. has already answered it. Still . . .?! This is not the only Japanese zombie film out there. Here are some 2 dozen more released during the last 2 decades. And, from the titles, some really must be gonzo filmmaking.

2007 Attack Girls Swim Team vs. the Undead
2003 Battlefield Baseball
2010 Big Tit Zombie
2012 Dead Sushi
2000 The Happiness of the Katakuris.
1999 Junk
1992 The Living Dead in Tokyo Bay
2004 Oh! My Zombie Mermaid
2008 Onechanbara
2012 Rape Zombie : Lust of the Dead
2012 Resident Evil : Damnation
2008 Resident Evil : Degeneration
2008 Rika : the Zombie Killer
2011 Schoolgirl Apocalypse
2001 Stay
2005 Tokyo Zombie
2000 Versus
1999 Wild Zero
2008 Yori : Samurai Zombie
2011 Zombie Ass : the Toilet of the Dead
2005 Zombie Self Defense Force
2010 Zombrex : Dead Sun Rising

And that does not include the . . .

Chinese (both Hong Kong and Taiwan) -- Filipino -- Indian -- Indonesian -- Malaysian -- Pakistani -- South Korean -- and Thai

. . . zombie films that have also been released.

2010 Big Tit Zombie

I have to see that.  TeddyR TeddyR

There is also a South African zombie movie called Last Ones Out which proclaims itself to be the first SA zombie flick. That honor belongs to the 1965 film Ride The High Wind.

And then there was the South African "Expiration" aka "Rancid" from 2011.
