Some might have been mentioned that I missed, but:

Slaughter High
Hell Night
Alice, Sweet Alice (actually 70s)
and I, Madman:

thanks, not seen Alice Sweet Alice or I, Madman

not sure I'd call Hell Night weird, in fact in many ways it's a typical slasher done by the book. Creepy house w/murderous backstory, lusty teens in trouble, final girl who is obvious from the start, classic slasher type kills, typical 'comedy' jerk character... Linda Blair is cute in it though

You should stick it out till the end - the weirdness definitely comes in.  Out of nowhere, it pretty much switches from slasher to bad Rambo knock-off!
haha fair enough, I didn't make it that far...

Considering my avatar, I'm surprised I didn't mention this one!!!

Hide and Go Shriek is another one that has some weird moments (the thing with the van early in the film might be one of the weirdest moments ever caught on film).
