STEAK!!!

 That's what I'd start with, a steak so big the label on the package would look like that; also, the word "STEAK!!!" would be underlined.
I'd take it out to the woods, build me a nice fire, cut a 4' long forked stick, jam that mega-protein on it, and sear it rare, chortling like Lionel Atwill on acid the whole time.

Grilled, put onto a bun with cheese, lettuce, mayo, pickles, grilled onions and call it a steak burger. I only ate steak twice, both times I had no idea on how to eat it.  As you can tell I'm not a Texan If anything, I would like to try out either Yak or Bison.

Three years ago I was on holiday visiting some friends in Norway. On the second week we went out to stay for a few days on an island in the middle of a fjord. Ammenities consisted of cold running water and electricity. Me and the guy (Christian) who owned the house  were talking about how we'd always wanted to try making an earth oven and decided to go ahead and go for it. We dug one out and cooked a steak big enough to feed the 8 of us and cooked it over night. Tasted great.

A few days later we decided to try cooking some lamb the same way. Since it rained overnight that one unfortunately didn't go quite as well.
