I agree-
Lee was great-but Bela had the face-the voice-the otherworldliness-that Lee did not-Bela was WEIRD! He didnt seem human-he really brought the charecter  from a minor literary work (its not that great a book-Stoker wasnt a very good writer) into an icon.
Lugosi is-and likey will remain-DRACULA!

His voice-imitated thousands of times by stand up comics and even small kids-ask any small kid to talk like Dracula-they dont imitate Lee or Carradine-they do THE voice-which is still eerie after all these years.
