A game where you "do" your enemies is pretty bad....

Check out this anomaly,

CRAZYBUS

It has an immersive theme song, great sprites, a huge plot, endless adventure, and a great and very clever objective!

Ouch, that's horrible.. it's like what you might hear after you receive a substantial amount of head trauma.  But it's just a demo, thankfully.  I guess unfinished games count?

Then of course there was Custer's Revenge for the Atari 2600.

Gah.  That game makes ET look like a freaking masterpiece.

is what I have to say to those who developed that game.

I love the show, though. Used to watch it on a daily basis.

There was a small number of adult video games for the Atari 2600 (probably shouldn't show pics, even with the naughty bits being too blocky to be terribly offensive):
BEAT 'EM AND EAT 'EM (Just like the classic KABOOM, except you control women who catch falling release in their mouth, ejected by a man stroking a giant wang at the top)
BACHELOR PARTY (Like Breakout, only the blocks are replaced with nude women and the projectile is a nude man)
X-MAN (in which you must locate among several bordellos the one where a nude woman awaits your pleasure while dogs and cops chase you-- when you succeed an intimate act is explicitly shown)
KNIGHT ON THE TOWN (The best of the games, in which you build a bridge over a castle moat while enemies try to knock you into the moat where an alligator gnaws off your appendage.. when you succeed the maiden in the castle has doggy-style sex with you)
BURNING DESIRE (In which a nude man is lowered via chopper towards a platform where a woman is surrounded by flames-- you put out the flames with your spunk)

There were "flipped" versions of these too, usually where the gender roles were reversed.  In respective order to the above: PHILLY FLASHER, BACHELORETTE PARTY, CATHOUSE BLUES, LADY IN WAITING, and JUNGLE FEVER.

What were these programmers thinking?  PORN on the Atari 2600?  Wow..

To bring something newer to the list. I recently got Rambo - The Game (no...not the NES one) for almost nothing and what can I say...it's bad. You might expect something like Call of Duty or the later Doom-Games maybe, but instead you get a really s**tty Rail-Shooter.

DASH GALAXY IN THE ALIEN ASYLUM

Another crapfest or the NES, this also should be considered on the short list of the worst for the system.  It's totally unclear as to what you're supposed to do.  Your character has absolutely crappy movement and jump mechanics and the music is unbelievably painful.  There should be group therapy sessions for gamers who ever came across this travesty.

Ever heard of a game so bad that its cartridge wasn't even complete? Well, here's one!

It's basically an embarrassing failure to copy Mario and Legend of Zelda, where you are a Cheetah Man (as the title would imply) shooting arrows at splotches of color made to look like an enemy.

^ Didn't watch the whole thing, but it looked like a horrible knockoff of Mario.
