I just watched Mario Bava's SHOCK (1977) on TCM-dam-Bava did some sick s**t-but this movie goes all out...I mean-a little 8 year old kid has a hard on for his own mother because he's possessed by his dead father-who was a junkie!
Heres the trailer-it's in italian-I saw a dubbed version. It's creepy as hell.
If you get a chance to see this movie-do so-but! WARNING!-this is NOT a movie to watch with your children-it is f**ked up!

Critics usually dismiss this film as being part of Bava's later "decadent" period, but I found it very enjoyable. It shows another side of Bava and that he was capable of doing good films even without his trademark gothic setting.

Check out his last film if you can. It's called "Cani arrabbiati" and it's another departure from his usual style.

Due to the horrifying nature of this film, no one will be admitted to the theatre.

Off topic but I really loved Lamberto Bava's Macabre. Quite messed up little flick.

I have SHOCK on DVD. I like it and usually watch it once every 2 or 3 years. They also released it under the title BEYOND THE DOOR II.

Speaking of BEYOND THE DOOR-that movie-when her eyeballs start moving in random directions independent of one another-is f**ked up!
