Who should be the next Super Villain?

Rules:

1 - You can nominate yourself, a friend or a fake person. It cannot be a known Super Villain/Hero because that wouldn't be fun. And it cannot be anybody in politics!


2 - World Domination! Yes, a super villain must have a plan for world domination.


3 - please no talk about assassination, rape, genocide, exploding planets and personal attacks to members on the board.

HILLARUMP - A freakish genetic hybrid of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, determined to build a wall around all the sane people in the world to keep them from corrupting the brainwashed masses, who will do Hillarump's  bidding, whatever it may be!  Endless war on wealthy Americans and third world immigrants, appealing to the prejudices of each segment of the population to keep them at war with one another while the evil political monster laughs at them. 

Its only weakness:  An internal conflict that can be tripped by asking the right questions in the correct order!

I nominate Ancient Egypt. Their plan for Domination is to steal 40 cakes, like Lex Luthor, every day, for the next 12 years, so that the internet can make fun of it when they are submitting subliminal messages to be enslaved by them.
