I'm a Mac...

I was at the local bar/coffee shop today when we had some severe weather move in.  We were watching the storm being discussed by the area TV station and they zoomed in enough to reveal the existence of this town;

I've lived in Iowa all my life and I've never heard of it until now.

This was the first time a fair number of us had heard of that town.  If the tv station map hadn't shown it we wouldn't have known of it at all.

According to this site it was a small settlement from the mid 1800s until the turn of the 20th century, and that all that's left now is the bridge.  I might have to go see if I can find this bridge.
