Do you ever feel like....?

You feel kind of.. I don't know, sad, I guess, but instead of just being sad, you also feel a bit like someone's choking you?  

Just curious, cause sometimes it happens to me and I don't remember going through this before, seems kind of recent like, the last couple of years or so.

Dunno if it's just like a minor panic attack or what.

Gonna see my doctor tomorrow and ask her about it (among other things.)

Just curious though if anyone can relate.

I remember one time I felt this weird sensation, like an invisible hand closing around my throat, slowly getting tighter, until I could not breathe at all - then it suddenly let up and I was fine.

Oddly enough, Lord Vader was glaring at me at the time.

Could be anxiety, could be another symptom of depression. Definitely talk to your doctor about it.
