Chocolate Chip Cookies.. all day, every day, all night long.  I love them almost as much as RC loves that picture of mac and cheese.

A good bad movie is like popcorn for the soul!

Chocolate chip cookies are highly nutritious, being made entirely of eggs, vegetables, and milk.
I eat them for breakfast several days a week.

Beef pad med (Thai) with those hot chili peppers.
Spaghetti and meatballs (I make a fantastic tomato sauce - many people think they do - they don't).
Bacon, egg, cheese on a roll.

Paquita: I can make awesome chocolate chip cookies with walnuts.  Again, lots of people think they can do it.  They can't.

Cheeseburger with iceberg lettuce (leaf not shredded) tomato slice, mayo, a speck of ketchup and thin slice of raw white onion on a crusty roll.

Fried rice - the best I ever had was in San Francisco Chinatown.  It was blonde (not like the brown colored everywhere else which is okay) but that ordinary looking WHITE fried rice was... to die for.

I look at cooking shows a lot.  Lydia Bastianich is my favorite to watch.

Shrimp/Catfish po boy on Bahn mi bread. Sacrilegious coming from New Orleans, but Bahn mi bread is miles better than french bread.
Speaking of Bahn Mi, Bahn Mi, just without the jalapenos.
Mac and Cheese
Pho
Chicken Pot pies
Jambalaya
Gumbo that my dad makes, he somehow got his recipe from a fisherman, I honestly don't remember how he got the fisherman to give it to him.
Burgers with iceberg lettuce, cheese, mayo, pickles, and grilled onions. fried egg if possible.
Pizza
