1960's Underwater movie help

Hi all. Long time lurker first time poster.

Anyhow. Watched a movie way back in the early 70's.

This movie was some military adventure movie where some divers set up an underwater habitat kind of like a tent.  Don't think Lloyd Bridges was in it. But I am stumped. I do remember that they jumped / parachuted out of some military cargo plane.

I don't remember the opening scenes but there was a modestly budgeted 1962 film called Underwater City that may be he the picture you're looking for. You might want to go to the IMDB for a synopsis and some reviews that might job your memory.

This is ringing bells with me, although I can't remember the title of the movie. If its the one I am thinking of, some rich guy gets recruited to a military unit special military unit. I remember seeing a 60's movie where they parachute out of a plane at the start and go down to an underwater base. Hopefully it is the one mentioned above.
