We just started getting this a couple months ago; generally sci-fi, some horror, tv shows (MST3K, both OUTER LIMITS, POLTERGEIST: THE LEGACY, JOHNNY SOKKO AND HIS FLYING ROBOT), a mixed bag of stuff, from the great to the cheesy. My only complaint is that they show the movies over and over, like this one....

! No longer available Small | Large

Still, it's a good thing. Do you get COMET TV in your area?

If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

I have to admit, I find it a little disturbing that they have the classic late night shows in the afternoon when kids are watching, and they put the classic kids' shows on after midnight...

Personally-I love it! They play old Vincent Price movies, and reruns of the old OUTER LIMITS-so-hey! Thats a lot betterthan f**kin' watching another episode of the Kardashians any day! Or insane vouyeristic crap like LITTLE WOMEN ATLANTA-which features the love life of midgets! Which may appeal to some kinky midget fetish people who jerk off to it.

My biggest complaint re Comet TV is that they've pretty much stopped showing anything black and white and cater almost exclusively to the 18 to 29 year old mentality. Nothing against folks that age but there are people with different tastes as well. Also, the near universal "ban", or so it seems, on color films and TV shows on broadcast TV, digital sub-stations now included, is now nearly complete, with MeTV, ThisTV excepted and, occasionally, though very seldom, Comet TV as well. I've even message them on the topic, was supportive when they did show something in black and white.

I've enjoyed some of Comet's broadcasting in the past, am hoping that they'll open up, try to broaden their appeal... Lookingup

I just watched the CREEPING UNKNOWN (1956) aka THE QUATERMASS XPERIMENT last night-it's b+w. Also seen on it lately- the SNAKE WOMAN (1961),the LAST MAN ON EARTH (1960),THE BEAST WITH A MILLION EYES (1955) etc...
And for b+w movies-you always have TCM as well-which I watch more than anything.

It's a random network.  I love it.

Reminds me of my old UHF channel here in  Philly where'd we get pro wrestling for 2 hours, then Godzilla, then a cheesy 80s flick.
