That's Kulula Airlines, South Africa's best low cost flights and yes, most of their planes do look like that Smile

When I flew with Kulula a few years back, the captain announced "If there are any male chauvinists aboard, we regret to inform you that for the past two hours, you have had a stress and turbulence free flight by our co pilot Teresa: her first flight."
