help to find this movie title

Trying to find a movie title. It was a late night Cinamax or HBO soft core porn flix i saw in my early teens. It was late 70s early 80s the plot was that the world had ran out of energy and someone had discovered that the energy produced while having sex could be harnessed stored and used to power the world so everyone was having as much sex as they could in order to keep the juice ( so to speak ) flowing. Please help its driving me nuts.
