I hope your birthday is wonderful, and I hope you have many happy hours being pleasantly creeped out by those movies.

Thanks ER: I've been told that the quality of some of those transfers is not so good but I just want to see them, never mind the quality. TeddyR

I've played that... it is hilarious and wrong.  Mostly wrong.

Rather steep price - nearly ZAR 300 - but I will buy it.  TeddyR

$24 bucks isn't too bad, but...they actually sell these things at Walmart for $5 to $10. Sorry.

From your list, I would recommend:

The Undertaker and His Pals: A comedy, believe it or not. You won't believe it is until you see a photo of a boyfriend give a shocked expression during the first murder. Then you have the Green Stamps being handed out by the undertaker. And decent gore for such a low-key movie.

The Pyx:  Very slow moving, but so ultimately worth it for the utterly awesome, non-action ending. It is a movie worth watching with your full attention, but the copy you'll be seeing is probably going to be fairly dark. Not sure if the print was dirty or what. Still, very worth it, in my opinion.

The Sadist:  Hands down the best role Arch Hall, Jr. ever played. Very tight direction and great performances. I've seen this thing about 3 or 4 times and still amazed at how awesome it is.

Some honorable mentions (for reasons other than being good):

The Thirsty Dead -- The collars on the costumes! Oh my, those were NEVER in fashion, were they?

Scream Bloody Murder -- This one is fairly fast and utterly ridiculous, but so much fun. Plus, it has one of best opening scenes EVER!

Legacy of Blood -- You don't need the guys from Rifftrax to poke fun at this one. They set them up; you just knock them down. And wait until you hear the war veteran's story about his lamp shade.

Night Fright -- John Agar. Texas. A monster that looks like it might be wearing a football helmet. More darkness than the human eye can penetrate (Did they rub the print with coal tar?)

Oh, and have a super birthday, Brother Trevor. You deserve it.
