What's ROCK n' ROLL?  

I am sad our old friend RON MERCHANT (Bela) has decided to leave the board for personal reasons.  I might have his phone number in my saved messages; who knows?  I may talk to him yet and I expect we'll pm... I used to talk on the phone with Ron a couple of times a year, sometimes more during rough patches (we've both had them).  We talked a lot this year!  He is my first and best friend here, we've swapped books and magazines, and we often disagreed and swiped at each other.  And laughed about it!  I love that guy.  I live to laugh and rock n' roll. 
Offensive things that may also be funny are rocknroll... In your face is rocknroll.  It's not always polite, and sometimes downright ugly, but rocknroll is always honest.  BELA is like that; like me.  Smile We're kindred spirits.

I didn't agree with Bela on a lot and I often thought he went too far, but he was a character.  He kept things interesting.  I'll miss the guy. 

If you're reading this Bela, don't be afraid to drop in every once in a while and let us know you're doing okay.

I have a number for him but it could've changed.  We talked last summer on the phone but a few times on facebook.  I'm still friends with him there, but he's a character.
