Okay so this one was from my childhood. I remember the events of the film somewhat well but I don't know the title. Despite being a "Snow White" film it didn't recreate the actual story. In fact it was kind of a sequel.

In the movie the Queen was already dead. Her brother finds out about her death from the Magic Mirror. He becomes enraged, vows revenge on Snow White, turns into a dragon, and flies away.

When we see Snow White she has blue hair for some reason. She runs away from... Something, I don't remember and passes out just outside a strange cabin. When she wakes up she's not being cared for by seven Dwarves, but instead it was seven Dwarfettes, female Dwarves. All of which have magic powers for... Some... Reason...

The rest is pretty hazy. I remember a fairy godmother (Who may or may not be played by Philis Diller), a door mouse which was literally a mouse with a door for a torso, a mute man in hooded robes, and the Queen's brother has a drape that turns living creatures into stone which is used at the end of the movie to kill him.

I owned it on VHS but my Mom got rid of them all years ago.

Perhaps Happily Ever After, Filmation's last production?
