Fast Food and you

I was completely gobsmacked when my wife told me sure was used to eating fast food multiple times a day back in Utah. I made it quite clear that wouldn't be happening once she moved over here.

Here in Germany people usually don't go to fast food places to pick up breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. I'm not saying there are people who don't, but it is really unheard of. Fast food here is seen more as a "treat" (depending on your views) than a daily meal provider.

I do love having a Chinese/Indian/Thai meal delivered to my door. i perhaps do this 3 or 4 times a month, and I realise it's not a totally healthy option, but at least I do regular exercise - including long-dstance running - to burn off all those naughty calories.

That said, I'm not keen on burgers or pizzas, but do love good old fish & chips from the local chippy.

Nothing wrong with eating junkfood, just so long as it's done in moderation
